Processing & Production Time
Most of our products are made to order.
Please allow 8–10 days for production before your order ships.
Processing and production times do not include weekends or holidays.
Any product requiring more time will include a note on its product page.

International Shipping
Because our products are high-value and handmade, we only use UPS International Expedited for international orders. This ensures faster, more reliable service with detailed tracking.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier rates.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

Received a damaged parcel

Have a “delivered” status but nothing arrived

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins or the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
Holiday Season Notice
During peak holiday months, carriers may experience delays.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
