Thank you for choosing MCW Handmade. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Because most items are made to order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within:

30 days of delivery for U.S. orders

30 days of delivery for international orders
Made-to-order items, customized pieces, and personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a workmanship issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For international customers, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for lost returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item:

Email us at info@mcwhandmade.com with your order number.

We will provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will begin the exchange process.
Workmanship Issues
We stand behind the quality of our handmade goods.
If you receive an item with a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
