1. Are items made to order?

Most products are made to order, with production time of 8–10 days before shipment.


2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.
International orders are shipped only through UPS International Expedited for reliable, fast, and secure delivery.


3. Who pays customs taxes for international orders?

International buyers are responsible for any import tax, VAT, or customs duties required by their country.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production starts or the order ships, we can no longer modify it.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Custom-made, personalized, or used items cannot be returned.

6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your tracking shows no movement, or the package appears lost, please contact us at info@mcwhandmade.com and we will assist however possible.


7. How do I care for my carpetbag?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning for fabric areas and using leather-safe cleaners for leather trims.
Avoid soaking or machine washing.


8. Do you take custom orders?

At this time, custom orders depend on fabric availability and production capacity. You may email us to inquire.
