Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why every bag comes with a 180-day warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or material issues, including:

  • Leather handle or strap issues

  • Hardware malfunctions (buckles, zippers, snaps)

  • Stitching problems or structural defects

If your bag experiences any of these issues within 180 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through the repair or replacement process.

Lifetime Repair Service (Paid Service)

We believe a well-crafted bag should last a lifetime—and beyond. Even after your 180-day warranty expires, we offer a lifetime repair service to ensure your bag continues to look and function beautifully.

Our lifetime repair service covers:

  • Leather handles and straps

  • Hardware (buckles, zippers, snaps)

  • Restitching seams or structural repairs

  • Cleaning or restoring worn areas

Please note:

  • Lifetime repairs are a paid service, and costs depend on the type and extent of the repair needed.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their bag to us and return shipping costs.

How to request a lifetime repair:

  1. Email us at info@mcwhandmade.com with your order information and description of the repair needed, photos of the broken part are recommended.

  2. We will provide a quote and estimated timeline for the repair.

  3. Once approved, we’ll restore your bag with the same care and craftsmanship as the original.
